There are two good sites and both are FREE !!!
projectw.org
ebooksclub.org
You will have to register on both sites before u can get access but u can get all the latest books free like the new artemis fowl ie artemis fowl & the lost colony

If you go to Project Guttenburg
http://www.gutenberg.org/
you will find classic english books that are out of copyright, that you can download for free. Anything from Jane Austen to Charlotte Bronte to shelock Holmes.
