I've been playing NFS carbon for sometime now,I've experinced that when driving a tuner car, it handles really well, though not very fast and can take the corners well maintaing the speed but the muscles and exotics(almost all) handle bad though they have good acceleration and top speed. Did you guys feel the same?

well muscle cars are only good in a straight line, they have amazing top speed and acceleration, whereas exotic is almost the same, but has slightly better handling, and then tuner for me are the best all round car as they are good at cornering and have decent acceleration and top speed

I feel the same, but I tried viper in challenge mode and it handled pretty well though it didn't in career mode, so this is where my doubts began. Maybe you've to adjust the cars settings like setting tires to grip.

yeah you can set it up for different types of races and it helps quite alot, like on drifts you can get proper tyres built for drifting and they make a big difference, and yeah you can change all the performance settings to change the way the car works, whether it be acceleration of top speed etc etc
