I am from South-Africa and from our local supermarket there is a product that you spray which is obviously foul smelling for them, a friend of mine sprays this on her furniture to prevent them from climbing on it, or, i know cats just love catnip, try and put that next to his litter box to lure him to use it. Good luck

Maybe try keeping him as an outside cat? Gat or make him a little huse where he can hid and sleep if he wants to and put in outside. That way you don't have to worry about his messes because he is outside.

Have you tried a litter box? Cats usually their own selves to use one. Is it a he or she? Cats sometimes mark their territory by urinating in places. There are numerous reasons this could be going on. The best thing you could do is call the vet and see what recommens that you do.
