herbal stimulants

I am thinking of exporting and selling legal herbal stimulants from the US and Europe to Thailand Phuket and Kohpehangna island also part of Thailand in the Thai Gulf. I am not sure how to find out if each individual product is prohibited in any way, before i invest in stocks. I can get a list of each compound found in all of the herbs used but again am not sure who i should send this to any advice or help on this matter would be greatly apprerciated.... thanks ... Glenn
