How to lose baby weight?

I had a baby in August of 2006. When I first went to the hospital the morning of my induction, I weighed 182 LB. I now only weigh 168 LB or somewhere around there. I really don't have anywhere to walk right now unless I'm by myself because I don't want to put my baby out in the cold weather and I don't want to go walking alone because when I'm by myself, I usually don't get as much done. Does any one have any suggestions as to how I can get back down to my prepregnancy weight? I weighed 120 when I first found out I was pregnant. I'd like to get back down to that size by March 31 since that's the day of my wedding..Any suggestions??

im not sure if this will work but i was able to see the remarkable weightloss in one of our newscasters here in our country. all she did is to jump on the trampoline everyday. she gained a lot of weight and though she is not as skinny as before, she still lost a lot of weight.

Ive heard that this is a good way to get rid of extra weight..If I had a tramopline or knew someone that did, I would definately jump on it. I think they're fun! Thanks for your response.

I suggest you wrap that baby in a snow suit and 2 warm blankets and put him/her in thestroller and just go for a 15 minute walk anyway. the baby will sleep better for getting the fresh, cool air, and you will feel better for just getting out of the house. Really, it won't hurt the baby, I used to take my children out in all kinds of weather , well, not when it was -20 and a blizzard, and they seemed to be healthier for it. My daughters do the same. My youngest grand child was born November 2005, and if she doesn't get outside every day, she is just a grouch, won't sleep properly and makes life miserable for everyone

Hey there. I had my baby in January of 2006 and I believe I lost all of my weight except 4 pounds by the time I had my 6 week checkup with my doctor. I do pilates and yoga. :) I workout AT home. My son watches me and smiles or whatever. Now that he can crawl/walk, he likes to get in my way (which I don't mind). :) Do you get the Lifetime channel? You should try Denise Austin's Fit & Lite. It is on pretty early but I record it and watch it when I am ready to workout. :)
