how do i make fried shrimp?

ok i love shrimp but i want it to have flavor not like those chinese people make em how do i do that?

this is indian style. i am sure you will like this way of cooking shrimps. boil shrimps with some turmeric and salt. while they are boiling, make a paste of ginger, garlic and green chillies(take smaller amounts if you dont like more spicy things). once the shrimp are done, evaporate the remaining water. saute onions in some oil, then add the paste, followed by shrimp and fry till you are satisfied that the raw smell goes away. try this and leave your comments back.

You will want to season them and then roll in corn meal batter, then toss into the hot cooking oil. It only take about 3 minutes to fry them. If you like spicy, a good seasoning is Tony Cachere's or Zatarains.

just fry them, but first use your favorite seasoning. I'm not chinese and in my country we use peanut, pepper and corn oil.
