How do you know if you are suffering stress?

I have been recently doing some "silly" things lately, one is worrying about my star rating and that I may have offended someone for this to happen, so I started a discussion on it, quite "silly" really, but have now come to the conclussion that I may be suffering from stress. So please ignore my "silly" discussions and hopefully I will get back on track in about 4 weeks. lol

Aww Caramello... Everyone has stress once in a while. Just try not to worry so much. Stress is annoying at times and can make us say and do things we regret later. But don't worry about that post you made. I hope you are feeling better now.

I find it very easy to tell when i am suffering from stress. If I am awake, I am under stress. It is that simple. Whether it is serving customers who have absolutely no idea what they want, to dealing with my 3 daughters, or the carers who don't make sure they are smothered in sunscreen. Stress is part of life, and not much can be done about it. Hope you are back to your 'young' self soon.

No your discussion is not at all silly, everyone of us is stressed at some time of the life and if we cannot share agonies here then where we will go. Even at times I am stressed and at that time everything I do, am not able to do it rightly. So at that time I take a break from work and just relax.

I didn't think I was a very stressful person until recently. I have now got high blood pressure, an immune disorder (probably caused by stress) and I can't stop even though I am tired. Also my children are getting yelled at for no good reason.....and I break out in tears at the drop of a hat. I think this covers my stres symptoms. All I need now is a destressing tool.....rofl Don't feel alone Caramello.

Don't worry about it! Your discussion was not at all "silly". It was a legitimate topic for discussion, and you got a lot of good feedback. Life is full of stress, and we need to be able to learn how to deal with it. If speaking your mind on this forum helps you, then go ahead and do it. If somebody gets offended or annoyed, that's their problem. Don't let it become yours. As long as you respond in an intelligent and polite way, as you ALWAYS do, anyone who gets mad and decides to "get even" is being immature. Keep up the good work, and I hope that whatever is stressing you out is resolved soon!

I know when I suffer from stress because I have terrible headaches. As for your reasons of stress, I have one thing to say. This is a free to speak forum!

Stress is a weird thing. Some it bothers physically and others mentally. I know when I am stressing I say odd things and break out in hives and itch all over. It can make you ill. Take care of yourself hun and don't worry about rating and such. Your health and well being is most important

The ironic thing about stress is that it is our own mind imagining about whatever it is, that is the enemy! The end result will be what it will be and the worry in the interum is only a form of self torture! Certain things are out of our control and it is the attempt of trying to get control over a uncontrolable event, situation or occurance that can also tip the scales! The art is in the acceptance and rolling with the "punches ", so to speak!

Usually you will be irritated when you are suffering from stress. Your concentration will be affected even your appetite. Take a time out if your already on this stage, you needed some space to breath and rest.
