How do you sleep

How do you sleep and why. Do you sleep on your back, side both. Do you sleep spread eagle or curled up in a ball. For me these days its all of the above. Not sure why my sleeping habits have changed but that have. I know that I feel better sleeping on my side than I do on my back or stomach; I end up hurting a lot if I do either. All of my joints and my neck hurts. I just hate it, but I can't seem to stop my self. Any one have any suggestions?

For the last year or so I find myself going to sleep on my right side. I end up on my back toward morning and finish on my left side before rising. When I had the better bed before the fire I sometimes slept on my stomach. What is the hardness or softness of your bed. Also with pain issues such as me in cold weather. A sleeping bag on the bed can keep you warmer and therefore reduce pain. It helps me. Your pillow could be a factor too. You might need a firmer pillow to support your alignment. Hope any of this helps you.

I sleep only on my side in a fetal position. My cat sleeps at the bottom of me, and my other near my head. My hubby next to me on his side too.

I always sleep with a higher pillow on my head and always on my right side. Because whenever I sleep on my left side my becomes numb when I woke up and I feel my heart was so tired.

I toss and turn all night, I have very bad sleep patterns, I rey all positions, I think I am a bit frightened to go to sleep as I suffer anxiety attacks but if I get so tires and have an sfternoon nap it is always beautiful..

Well, if you feel comfortable sleeping on your side then do so from now on. Go with what makes you comfortable and you'll get plenty of sleep.

I used to sleep flat down. But i've seen in some health show that its bad to do that since your back is arched to much. Now i sleep sideways. I find it comfortable to do so that's why i sleep that way.

I sleep mostly on my sides. I cant sleep on my stomach anymore I dont know why and I use to all the time. Well yes I do I had my gallbladder out last year and ever since I cant. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning Im on my back. And I dont remember how I got like that. I think we do crazy things when we sleep anyway.

I usually sleep on my left side, with my face pressed against my 2 year old son's face. He sleeps with my husband and I most of the time. Sometimes, in the middle of the night, I roll over onto my stomach. I absolutely cannot sleep on my back. It just doesn't feel "cozy" to me.

I used to sleep on my side, had to lay on my left side for a while then turn to my right before falling asleep for some reason if I got into bed and went straight to my right side I just couldn't seem to fall asleep. Now I go to sleep flat on my stomache with my right arm inbetween my pillows.

Mostly I sleep on my left side so that my face is turned against the wall. And I always curve myself up to keep the heat. My feet are always cold as ice, you see. I could never fall asleep if I'd be sleeping on my back and with a straight body.
