who else lives in TEXAS??

Where in Texas do you live? I live in Amarillo. And the winter so far this year has been awful! I don't mind looking at it snowing if I can stay in the house. I sure don't want to drive in it! It's funny...we complained all summer at how hot it was, and now we're already complaining at how cold it is this year! LOL!

I'm in the Denton area (north of DFW). I'm not such a big fan of the cold, but I am mighty glad the ground finally froze. I got tired of cleaning up the mud the dogs kept tracking in!!!

I would guess that you do not have to work in the cold. I moved here from oklahoma to escape the four months of cold I was raised in and here thirty years later it has cought up to me. I wish it would stay around 55 degrees all year around and everyone would be happy. JOKER

I love the cold weather! As I was driving the 1431 miles back to Texas after 15 years of living in central Florida, I thought...Hey they have seasons in Texas, the one thing I really missed. But noooooo I move back to central Texas, they have seasons alright. not too hot, kind of hot, way too hot and hot. lol

Well friend, am arriving Texas next month. This is my first trip to US and am so excited. But Texas is so hot or so cold in general?
