reducing your fat ?

How could it reduce? No it is full of hydrocarbonat. It is healthier than sugar (glucose), but you will not lose weight. There is NO FOOD that reduces the fat, because all contains energy. And if you do not burn the energy, it becomes fat. Just think of this. You can lose weight only with active living. Good luck!

Honey with lemon juice reduce the fat . You need to take in the morning empty stomach. Hope you are not diabetic.to reduce the weight it is better to do some exercise in themorning and substitute heavy hbreakfast with oats milk or corn flakes.

Maybe if you take a small amount everyday , who knows? One thing I know if you eat too much of it you will become very fat very quickly . Also honey contains fructose which has been proven to be bad for health if taken too long too much in place of normal sugar (sucrose and its derivative glucose ,sucrose also contains fructose but the fructose part is discarded as long as glucose is available,if the body is forced to depend only on fructose ,a lot of fatty acids and free-radicals result from this which is bad for health)
