Leaders for a country

Do we really need leaders for a country or for any other field? what do you see as a benefit by having a leader for every field in the world.?

yes every country needs a leader who will unite the people to a common cause. without a leader there will be too much trouble because no one will follow nobody. the world will be a chaotic place without leaders.
