Well u see those questions which are barely answered not because people are good at just questioning they r bad at answering...its natural for everyone to ask a question....and i found that people answer questions which are like: do u like this or that?,do u go to this place? etc....questions which are answered easily are mostly questions needing answers which are not descriptive....

I love answering questions, especially if I feel I have something worthwhile to add.

I have actually observed that most discussions start with questions. I think this is one way of attracting people to respond. Also, it is easier to think of answers rather than reading. The first instinct of humans, I guess, is that when they see questions, answers come easily. So most people in mylot post by asking questions.

for me its no. i answer most of the time than asking. as I think when we ask any question, we say something from our heart. then in answering all the topics may not be at your very own disposal. so it seems we are good at asking questions.

I find it interesting too. I used to give bried description in the title tag, but, it did not work. Now I have started to ask questions and getting some response. So, while posting in myLot try to re-frame your title tag to make it look like a question and use (???). You can get more response. However, there are few discussions each day in which we have seen hundreds of responses. And here the title is the key.

I have lost my interest in asking questions as whatever I realy had to ask I have already asked apart from some stupid questions. Now I am only intrested in giving replies to questions which I think need an answer and I feEl that I am able to reply it rationaly and it can be a help. Relationships are a complex issue and this is one which interest me and I try to my best to reply those which I feel are ginuine quaries not for fun. And yes I dont have any interest left for making money here its a secondry issue to me.

Alextki, you are right and you are wrong. I see you are fairly new to myLot, so welcome. MyLot attracts different types of people. Some are here just to make money, and some are here for interesting, courteous discussions on a wide range of subjects and to make friends in doing so. If you want to enter a discussion and be involved, there is an easy way to do it. When you see a question, check the profile of the poster. Check a couple of the discussions he/she has started, and see if he/she has re-visited the post and replied to those who responded. Then you will know whether or not this is a "discussion" or a posting and you can respond according to your wishes. MyLot has a lot to offer. Enjoy yourself!

No not really. But if you want to get a response, asking a question is the best way. Any way questions are always implied in any discussion posted, you are asking other users to respond or voice out their opinions.

its the human nature to ask questions, rather than answer them, so maybe we are following suit on mylot too, but hey i just answered your question, so i think i must ask you some thing......

I can't agree with you on this one. I have a few discussions out and many many responses. Maybe your title hasn't piqued someones interest . Try a few differesnt topics from your interest and liven up the title as well.Another good thing is to make friends, they are more likely to respond to your discussions. Hope this helped you
