Child Labour - What is your opinion?

What is your opinion on Child Labour.. what I feel is.. its not a good thing to do.. but if you got a problem in family and a child can understand and wants to earn and help family then child labour shuold be allowed.. but still keeping age of a child in mind.. there has to be certain age and not necessarily 18yrs. If a 15yrs of kid wants to earn and help family then should be allowed.. but am strictly against kids working below 15yrs old.. not 15yrs but below certain matuarity. I do understand that they are to play and study and not to work.. but when family financial situation is such which forces you to work, but parents are not forcing, and kid can understand and wants to work.. what u all think about this?

I agree with you on 15 years age limit to distinguish between child labour and a normal teen working for his pocket money. I am also against child labour but poor households children have very little option then to send their children to work. there ahould be strong government rules and incentives for their family to stop their children to work.

This problem is due to poverty and lack of opportunities to make good income for their parents. So I would like to say that, before banning the child labour you should provide a reasonable income source to their parents. Then only it will be effective!

when ever i see child labour i fell to call the police and tell them to arest the shopkeeper and let the child to study from govt.
