you can try this mantra it works. before going to bed wash your hand and feet and lay in bed and don't think about anything and repeat this mantra in your mind it will help you. The mantra is "shudhe shudhe mahayogini mahanindre swaha". Try this and tell me it works out for you or not. My best wishes are with you.

i can stay up late usually until midnight, it depends on what i am doing. ^__^ like last night, i stayed up until midnight myLotting! LOL i couldn't stay up anymore because my eyes got so tired. and i was running out of good things to write. ^__^;; when me and my friends are drinking i can stay up until past midnight. ^__^;; but i would be wake up so late on the next day. if i stay up only until midnight, i still can wake up very early. but when i stayed up until past midnight, i couldn't, i'll have to sleep extra hours. ^__^

Yes i love to sleep in the early morning especialy 5.am to 8.am before whtever problem will come i will not wake up this time ..But now-a-days i have to wake up, have to go to office..two months back ..but i will more important to my job ,sunday is my sleeping day ,iam waiting for my sweet sunday...

i always stay late vikash. this is because i have classes at night until 9pm. i get home at around 10pm, eat my supper and then make my assignments, do a lot of reading and then check mylot. i take time to rest during the day, maybe a couple of hours. taking a nap during the day helps me regain my strength. i do this if i have time.

Waking early in the morning is a good habit. People, who sleep early at night can get up early in the morning. They feel themslves fresh in the morning hours and they can manage to complete most of thier mental work at that early moment. The people with the habit of sleeping late can not get early in the morning. They feel tired and bore in the morning period and hence they can not keep themselves in the remaining hours of the day. The saying of experts lead us that average healthy sleeping is 8 hours in a day. Some people sleep less than 8 hours and some sleep more than 8 hours. we should take complete a sleep before geting up. so we should sleep early at night and get up early in the morning to achive the success of life.
