Sachin now has the most number of test centuries for any batsman-35.Lara and Ponting are very close to this record.Do you think one of them will break this record?Or will Sachin still hold the record when he retires after atleast three years? If no,who do you think will hold this record? Will he atleast be second in the list???I hope he maintains the record even after his retirement.... What about you ???

i am sure that mr ricky ponting will break sachins record of the most number of centuries in test matches.even though brain lara is inching closer to sachin i think pointing will clearly pass both of them in one or two years or even this year.yousaf scored 9 centuries in this current year that is 2006 and why can't pointing bat like him because of the kind of form he is i think he will surely pass sachin.if sachin manages to play well and be in par with pointing and lara he will maintain the most number of centuries column or else its gonna be flying soon.

sachin is out of form now he can hardly bat 25 - 30 overs so i think ponting will break sachins record

i dont think sacin can at any cost hold the recird. it is quite prominent that he has grwon of age and that his career is not at the end. his natural reflex is not that strong and so he cant play long inns. and the way ricky ponting is playing i think he can do that with ease and will do that in this world cup if possible. and about lara, well he is a class and a very moody player. so if he decides that he will do it then he can. but the thing is he is also tired and i think its tough for him

i think Ricky ponting will beat this record. sachin probably will stand second in the list of highest century getters.
