the exchange rate sucks

earning money on mylot is fantastic but i can't help but think that i'm being hard done by. today the exchabge rate reached $2 to the £1. This means that i am due to get $12 but it will only be £6, this is only just enough to go to the cinema. Seems like a lot of effort for so little money. Which country is it best to live in in terms of how much money you earn?

I hadn't thought about that. I'm really sorry that it means less money for those of you who are in the UK. :/ But just think, I am in a similar boat (not with Mylot, but still) in that if I want to buy anything from Britain - and I am a complete and utter Anglophile, lol - I love everything British - it costs me twice as much, since the US dollar is worth so little in comparison to your money. I've bought a few books and things that I can't get locally, and while they weren't too expensive, they still cost me more than they would have. I wish that currency was the same all over the world. Wouldn't that be nicer? LOL ^_^

Wait a minute, are you saying that American money is worth more now? That's weird.. it definitely wasn't that way when I bought things from Britain in the past. I read your post wrongly because I was thinking back to when I bought things from the UK. Hmm...
