insomnia occurs to many people for different its commonly known for preganant women. It is not uncommon to expierence slep difficulties as the abdomen grows larger. A few tips to make sleep easier * Try taking a warm bath or shower before bed. ** Try praticing some of the relaxation techniques you learned in childbirth classes. *** Limit your day time rest. **** Try reading a relaxing book before bed. ***** Use several pillows to cushion your legs and help get you as comfortable as possible.

yes your welcome and they do work i do them myself, the pillows really work.
