I use Paint Shop Pro. Now they are up to version 11 but I still prefer using 7.4. It's nice and easy to use but I can add to it with different filtrs or plug-ins. I'm in it usually everyday for one thing or another with pictures, graphics and the like. I enjoy playing with images to see what I can come up with.

if you want to resize your picture the fastest way, i prefer IrfanView. You can easily download it from irfanview.com and download it for free. The best software to editing picture absolutely Adobe Photoshop :) The BEST in the world!

If I am looking just for a quick downsizing and color enhancement, then I like ACD for this. It is a quick and easy program that does not require a lot of playing around with to understand. Other than that, my favorite program to alter and change photos is Adobe Photoshop. There are a bunch of options one can play with in this program. I absolutely love it!! But it is something you have to get used to and mess with the options in order to get the hang of it.

I vote for Photoshop Elements. It is very powerful, reasonablely priced and easy to learn and use.

Microsoft PictureIt 10 is awesome. The only thing about it I don't like is their Paint feature. Thank God I have a Paint program already that I do like, lol.
