It most definately has! My bill last month was $200.00! So we have been dressing heavier and keeping the thermostat down to 65 and see what that does. I think its ridiculous that they raised this. The world just has to revolve around money so we have to change our lifestyles.

Well it seems that you will be raising that thermostat of yours if you are affected with those snow storm in the states.

Well, since I am from Oklahoma and we just had the ice storm, my thermostat has stayed up to at least 75 during those days. I don't worry about the bill because I can't stand to be cold, so I deal with the bill rather than freezing. Most people I know keep the thermostat turned down, but I just hate being cold.

Our energy bill isn't bad at all. It is always around $40.00. I am sure that would change when our daughter gets to be a teenager. So, no it did not make us change our thermostat.
