Fat Loss Foods most recommended

So me as a nutritioniste and trainer, I have done some researches adding to what I already know about fat loss foods that I'll really recommend you to following IF you are willing to lose some fat.
Here are some of the most important fat loss foods that I recommend you to consume:
eggs/egg whites
chicken breast
peanut butter (natural)
vegetables (general)
cottage cheese
almonds
oats (dry)
brown rice
tuna (in water)
fruit (general)
turkey
brocolli
lean beef
flax seed oil
grapefruit
oatmeal
yams/sweet potatoes
salmon
fish (general)
fish oil (including caps)

Wow, that is some list and most food that I eat were on the list. So, I'm glad that I am not eating alot of fat then.
