So me as a nutritioniste and trainer, I have done some researches adding to what I already know about fat loss foods that I'll really recommend you to following IF you are willing to lose some fat. Here are some of the most important fat loss foods that I recommend you to consume: eggs/egg whites chicken breast peanut butter (natural) vegetables (general) cottage cheese almonds oats (dry) brown rice tuna (in water) fruit (general) turkey brocolli lean beef flax seed oil grapefruit oatmeal yams/sweet potatoes salmon fish (general) fish oil (including caps)

hi,Really useful information.This is the main problem so many people facing and spending money on how to loose weight,so for all those people it is ready recommended prescription.

Yes people spend so much money on dietary supplements to lose weight. They avoid doing that, all they have to do is eat healthy or consult a trainner or nutritionist.

Wow, that is some list and most food that I eat were on the list. So, I'm glad that I am not eating alot of fat then.

Well you should be glad, because fat will slow you down on many thing.
