How can you define a real decision?

Remember a real decision is measured by the fact that you're taken new action. If there's no action, you havent truly decided.

Its a general decision, whether you like it or not, is this will be good or harm you, or anything that you decide for yourself and for others too. A decision that you think that it can make you feel great.
