What do you think about people who gets plastic surgery?

I think that most people who have cosmetic surgery do it to change what they don't like, thus giving their confidence a boost after.

It depends on the person. If it's a birth defect or "have a bum nose" I would say go for it. If it's something that can be done with excersize I would say " get off the couch!" For myself, I would like a bigger set of....... well there are many names for 'em, but I do not have the money and my husband likes naturel over fakeys. Some ppl go way too far and get surgery after surgery and that's not healthy. Everyone has "imperfections" but they can be lived with. ppl wouldn't be so attractive if we didn't all look different. Who wants to date 5 ppl with the same nose? What's on the inside is more important.
