I just heard about paypal.How much does paypal charge as a service charge?

I just figured out that i'm supposed to draw money via paypal.Do i have to pay paypal some amount of service charges?
If so, how much?

no service charges. Or it must be very little, because I did not notice it yet

for Indians , minimum withdrawing amount
from Paypal thru a Bank cheque is $150 .
And Paypal charges 5$ as fees .
