A man is never astonished that he does not know what another does but he is surprised at the gross ignorance of the other in not knowing what he does.Comment.

I'm not surprised. Though my opinion usually has nothing to do with one's education per se, just their level of common sense when it comes to education. Hell, it's a fact that almost anyone with a decent amount of logic and common sense can fake their way through any conversation on a subject they know nothing about. Some less than educated thieves pull it off quite well. I am constantly reminded of my own ignorance on countless subjects. I am also aware that no matter how much I learn that I'll never know enough to competantly discuss all the topics world over..so I content myself to learn what I can.

I not surprised at the gross ignorance I have nor of those of others. It's a fact that not everyone can have access to education especially in lower developed countries and that some of those who do have access won't want to use it and that you cannot be the master of all trade.I just try my best to not let it affect my judgement and become biased without knowing the whole truth. It's not the ignorance that surprises me but the fact that people think that they aren't ignorant and go on to form wrong ideas, assumptions and bias. Oh well, that's just my 2cents who knows if everyone really is as i think.^_^
