irregular cycle...

hello friends i need your help... my girl friend have only 3-4 cycles a year and i am supposed to marry her but i am concerned weather there wil be any problem in child bearing or not? as i stay in india so its not possible for me to take to her to doctor... so i need your experience and advice... what to do?
