need help with my Nightlife!

Hi I'am new and and I think I am pretty weird. I always tend to not sleep at midnight and use the internet even if I have nothing much to do. I'am still a student and I don't sleep at night.I spend my night chatting with my boyfriends and stuffs.. now it's 4:25am and I'am still infront of my monitor! and anyone out ere provide me some advise to help me with my diferent lifestyle??

Well you could always take Melatonin... Those are not sleeping pills, their just designed to normalize your body clock. Also trying to have a life outside the monitor would help. Try to get out during the day. Meet your boyfriend. Meet other guys.. (joke) I mean other friends.. Watch a movie, play tennis, badminton, or any sport you would like. Just be active and I'm telling you, you won't even need Melatonin or sleeping pills.

You wanna sleep at night? Hmm let me think about the hints. How about in the evening before that, you could try exercising or jogging or doing anything that would wear you down. At night just do the usual things you do e.g. watch TV, read books, until, you started to yawn, then directly go to sleep. It is the same for me, if I refuse to go to bed after I start yawning, it would be difficult to sleep after that. Usually, you'll start yawning, and some times later, you'll notice that your yawning have stopped. If that happen, sleeping is difficult. So, go to sleep at the first yawn. :D

u know if what u r doing is make u happy , just go ahead but if u want really change ur lifestyle u should try to do something else which make u feel better , e.g u can read a book or watch a movie ( or talk to me lol ) anyway dont worry about this simple things and be happy good luck
