Will you sleep with another woman if your wife refuses to sleep with you? For certain reasons maybe regarding her physical condition or health issues. Honestly! Will you or will you not?

I will not. Honestly. If she has a physical condition which makes it painful or impossible for her to love me physically then I would rather suffer with her than to make her more miserable by sleeping with someone else. Besides, it will gnaw at my conscience to do this.
