Oil Prices!!!!!!!!!

Well here is my opinion I believe that the oil prices will remain the same for quite some time and actually drop based on my current research, tell me what you think or believe what might happen. THANKS!!!
*The Senate voted to include president Bush' plan to open the Artic National Wildlife Refuge to iol drilling in it's budget
*The price of oil rallied on Wednesday due to Iraqi Military resistance slowed a U.S. Advance in Bahgdad
* Oil Price Dropped 2% per Barrel
* With president Bush allowing new concept cars our demand is lower, so the price lowers.

i think that oil will eventually be to our easier access in some way. I dont understand why oil prices are so much. I know we have billions of barrels hidden somewhere that the gov't is saving in case another world war. I think that the idea of hybrid cars would be a better way to save money in our wallet and a safer environment.
