I'm not sure if your crush doesn't like you back is a rejection. That was way back in highschool. I knew that he didn't like me because she like my friend but he don't have any idea that I like him so he can't reject me right?

yeah, a few years ago there was a girl i used to work with that was so sweet i couldn't help but talk to everyday. she had a boyfriend and i had a girlfriend and i knew nothing was ever going to happen. on her last day working there, i finally told her how i felt. of course, she said it could never happen. i'm not sure what i wanted her to say, but i couldn't let her leave without letting her know how much i appreciated her. it wasn't much of a rejection, but it definitively put an end to the stupid little dream bouncing around in my head.
