This is a salty sauce, common in the asiatic people groups, and most healthy addition to any broth, or soup. Do you use it, if so, in what sort of dishes?

I only used it a couple of times, in stir frys, but then I am not a real good cook, but it did make a difference.

We always have fish sauce in the house. My husband grew up in the Philippines so he puts it on lots of stuff. I like a little in a bowl of Ramen or on some rice/rice dishes. It's got a distinctive flavor.

I hardly use fish sauce but use light soy sauce instead which taste pretty similar to it. I use the sauce in almost everything I cook as a seasoning,in marinade or as a dip.
