How to find a good job?

My friend is an University graduate with a business degree and is bilingual in English. She works in marketing for a small company but is looking for something better. She has applied for 20 jobs and has had many interviews but keeps getting rejected. She has asked why and was told by an internet search engine that they were “not obliged to give feedback”. A PR company said she was “very bright” but not “truly committed to a career in PR”. Is there any point in asking for reasons? And what can be done to get her a job? Can you give some advise to her?

maybe she should start with a lower positions that did not require longer experience. she should evaluate herself how long or how much does she have. the reasons maybe if not over qulified she is under qualified. so if experience is one of the reasons try to apply for thoe that does not require. if you tell us that she has been called for interviews maybe theres a problem in her. an initial interview is an indication that the company likes her. she should give her best shots during an interview. dress nicely, feel confident and project an intelligent image. in that way the interviewer might think that you really want the job.
