Native chicken in the philippines is much better that broilers. Native chickens are the ones grown in the backyard. They taste better when cooked. The taste is better to the bones. Broilers tend to be fatty when cooked. However, you could still make broilers taste good by your recipe.

I really like native chicken especially when my Mom is the one who cooked it with papaya and sili leaves. It will be a great tinola. Yummy!

we so love native chicken then broiler chickens.. its taste more flavorful. but its harder to cook, right? haha we like it as tinola, ginataan & adobo :)

wow..i love it...especially the chicken soup...It tastes so good that youll feel good...I love it everytime my mom goes to the market and would buy a chicken....makes me forget im on strict diet
