am i the only one that does not know how to build a web site?

i at times feel like an idiot. it seems as though everyone and their dog has a web site. but not me!!! i only wish. i have tried learning but seem to get frustrated & then it is off to work . and here i am still with no knowledge of a web site . i know that they call for (html) java pearl & the list goes on & on. what is really funny i can build a pc from the ground up & trouble shoot all sorts of pc problems. but when it comes to a web site i am oh so lost. as for the build your own web sites like geocitis layered websites i am still even lost!!! does this make sence to you? is their an answe?

i get lost i dont know all the codes and everything that is why i go with ones that i just have to add things like the ones that have site builders to help you.
