It is something like build a bear...what u do is stuff a bear or purse. and you can buy clothes and shoes extra to fit it, in the kit u get a bear stuffing, and stuffing kit,a birth certificate,,, but u can earn money off the website if u join, and get people to order from it plus u can buy cheaper..go to http://www.stuffafriend.biz/members/terricole
