Do u know --------- the rules for sucess in a private firm

when person working in a private firm they have to follow two rules 1) Boss is always right 2) If Boss is wrong , than kindly see the Rule No. 1 which is " Boss is always right " do u agree with me ... give comment

Yes,few times what you said is correct and applicable also.In private firm we should hard work.Sometimes boss is correct but we should see the success of the private firm.

if you are doing job in a private firm always obey rule no. 1 i.e Boss is always right.

This may be applicable to smaller firms. In big firms, the responsibilities are fixed and there is always a open disucssion, inviting creative suggestions and opinions from all those concerned. If one performs better with commitment and dedication, no company wants that person to get rid of that person, even if the boss is accused that he is wrong.
