Do you suffer an Insomia?

hi! Insomia is my problem too, but when I studied medical transription course I learn that taking a half bath before bedtime, a 10 minute reading and avoid not to drink any caffeine 6 hours before bedtime will help you sleep early. For the meantime I regulary excercise by means of brisk walking or do some sport on the weekend and this things help be to overcome my insomnia. Hope this help you.
