How would you act if you...

were standing patiently in a line at Starbucks just waiting on them to make your coffee so you can go to work & you notice everyone that paid after you is getting their order before you? On top of that, they spray something on your shirt(which they didn't even say anything about), still haven't made your drink after you said something about the wait....would you ask for your money back & walk out of the store? or Would you just continue to stand there and wait? I did and I was told by others I was wrong for just being patient and not getting loud. So now I am confused, so many people say I have a short temper & I don't deny it but I have been trying to change that. So I thought I was doing the right thing. What do you think?

Personally I to have a short temper and would of asked for my money back. I have even went as far as brought coffee back to the drive thru when they mess up on it. It makes no sense to me.

unlike you, i don't usually get my money back. instead i talk to the manager and air out my comments.

i am a patient person but when it's reasonable. this happened to me many times not just in starbucks but in other fastfood chains as well. in this type of situations, i voice out and say what i wanna say. i don't get back my money. usually, i ask for my order to be attended to. if still i don't get what i am supposed to get in time, i go and ask for the manager and talk to him/her. systems like this should be checked and corrected.
