How to control the deep sleep? help

Friends One of my close friend he is 26 year old he usually get more sleep, whenever he think to sleep he will get sleep, even though he slept for 7 hour he can still sleep. If he think to sleep automatically sleep will covers and he will get sleep of 2 to 3 hours in the mid day.Because of this he could not study properly.Most of the time it happens and when he take his book to study automatically sleep will cover and eagerness to study most of time he will go into deep sleep even though he had good sleep of 6 to 7 hours in the night also, friends can give him for good suggestions to control his sleep.

Your friend should see a Doctor straightaway. I am not am edical person, but I know there is an illnes that causes people to sleep like this - it is easily treatable, but if you don't take care of it, then it can lead to all sorts of accidents and problems. I hope it all works out for him.

Try drinking coffee before studying maybe it will help him. Turkish coffee really tastes great.

i think his body is tired, and not haveing enough vitamins.so, even he have enough sleep,the body still feel tired. give him vitamins.
