I have pentium-4 with 512MB RAM. My hard drive is 80GB and i have 17" monitor. All these have cost me around 400USD. IS it expensive? What do you think? In our country this the current price.

26, 000 for my P4 1.7, 128 MB ram, 40 GB hard back 4 years ago, now the same pc can be easily purchased around 16, 000

I have my old, dependable athlon xp barton 3500 which I assembled 2-3 years ago. Along with 128/128 GFX 5200, 512mb DDR400 ram. That time, all in all it cost me about USD450
