I Don't Feel Like Cooking

I have salmon laid out but I honestly don't feel like cooking. I have to make myself go in the kitchen and fix dinner. If I don't I know I will end up calling my husband and asking him to pick up McDonalds on his way home. When you don't feel like cooking do you make yourself do it or get fast food?

I love cooking but sometimes i also dnt feel like cooking especially when i am alone. It is better to buy from any restaurant or get fast food so that you can save your gas or electricity too.

It just depends...most of the time I make myself cook something. On the weekend we may eat out more if I'm feeling lazy.

Hey, stick to your diet!!! Get up and cook that salmon. Don;t make it eleborate, just have a salad or a microwaved "baked" potatoe. You have been working out so hard.

I dont feel like cooking today either. My head is killing me and I can hardly think. I should not be on mylot when I feel like this. I usually have homemade mixes already prepared so it is quick to prepare something nutritious even when I cant think, my husband can fix it.

I feel the same way! I make myself cook because I know that if I do that it saves us money, and to be honest, it also tastes better than some of the muck that we get in fast food places anymore. I love to eat out though, so we usually treat ourselves to that at least once or twice a month. On paydays. :)

I was just thinking about this myself. The closer 5pm gets the less I feel like cooking. We don't always get "fast" food per sae, if he feels like stopping we try to get Quizno's or Subway. If we do delivery we get Chinese, pizza or Wing Zone.

I didn't feel like cooking tonight either. My hubby cooked dinner for us. But usually if I don't feel like cooking then we just go get something.

If i have the money i eat out, my husband is ususally the one to suggest that, but NEVER EVER mcdonalds, oh dear! i dont like getting the mcbubbles, or the mcpukes. EW nasty nasty! lol. sometimes we eat at wendys or at dairy queen. his favorite is dairy queen cause they have that bacon mushroom swiss melt. which i admit is pretty darn good. i know the feeling of not wanting to cook. that is me today. i have chicken out, but i dont know what to do with it or what to have with it. and i dont mind doing the ocoking its the DISHES afterward that i dont want to do!!!

It depends...normally I have also those days of a total uninterest for cooking, but then I start thinking about all of the times my cookings are complimented either by my girlfriend or family memembers and always seem to get the inspiration and motivation to then proceed. I believe it is alright to recurr to these alternative fast-food meals, only in case it really happens to be the last resort.

If I don't feel like cooking we usually get fast food.I've made myself get up and do it before and the results were less than good.So I'd say take a break if you really don't feel like it.
