hello!! my fiance and i are planning our wedding date for october 31st. 2007. we have chosen halloween because we are both very silly. we think that our wedding could be alot of fun! now the question comes in!! should we have say a mascarade type wedding, you know the one where they have those silly little masks that cover your eyes is all basically? or where we get married as Jack & Sally from the nightmare before christmas? we are both big tim burton fans. or should we just have a formal, dressed down, costume,??? type wedding. any and all replys would help us make a decesion. thank you!!

If it were me, I would do a Venetian or Parisian masque theme. I love elegance and formality. But a Nightmare Before Christmas theme would also look awsome. You could dress the officiant as the Mayer of Halloweentown and have skelletal trees lining the aisle.

Wow, that'd be really cool. My husbad and I were thinking about doing something like that but the first time I got married it was on Halloween. I love nightmare before christmas and think that would be the best wedding ever! :o)

How about a costume wedding. I see the bride in a flowing gown, like in Phantom of the opera, and the groom in a suit that the men wore in the 19th century.I wouldn't wear masks. It is your wedding and you want to see all your guests smiling faces in the weddind pictures. Happy Wedding.
