I have tried nearly all the cocktails of medications out there and have come to find that a mixture of Lexapro with Wellbutrin works for me. I have ADD on top of depression. I know ... a depressed person who has no attention span. My wife is so lucky. Tell me what works for you.

I am taking Effexor and Wellbutrin. They seem to work for me, but there're tines when i feel emotionless. Don't know if that is a side effect. Take care Peaches.

This time it is the husband. Effexor made me feel like a stone cold killer. I felt NOTHING. Someone could have ripped the head off a fluffy bunny and I would not have felt a thing. I hate that stuff.

I'm bipolar so, as you can imagine, I take a ton of medicine. For depression I'm taking cymbalta and wellibutrin. It works for the most part but still have bouts with depression. For bipolar I'm taking lamictal, depakote and some others that I can't remember. On of all this I have epilepsy. LOL
