i rear ended a lady in front of me with mexican license plates this evening, she has insurance and i have liability insurance. My car is so messed up right now, and its leaking a green fluid with some ugly smelling smoke everytime i turn it on. my dad is a mechanic.... thank god. - but what do you think, should i just trade it in at a junk yard and use the money for a down payment on a new car or should i try fixing it? is it worth it? any suggestions?

no, but i think i now have more reasons for owning one, p.s. i sure as hell will NOT do that to my car since its already fixed, but if you like, i can smash your bike.

Well it depends how old and what condition your cars is in, if its not that bad i would fix it as cheap as i could then sell it and put the money towards a new one or even a really good second hand car. cheers

The green fluid is probably just anti-freeze. It may have ruined your radiator and you may need to replace it. I would have your Dad look at it and see what he thinks. As long as it's not too smashed up and the frame isn't bent, it's probably repairable. Fixing it would certainly be cheaper than buying another car.
