favorite child

Some parents play favorites among their kids. Do you? You think it's fair for non-favorites? What do you think?

this is one of the major problem with the parents which effcts the childs future for life .i am not married but have seen this think in many family why is that people love one chlid more then another......doing this eventually creates that hate feeling in the childs mind and eventually when he or she grows up they are the spiolt lots and then they are out of control and cannot be handled

My dad favors my younger brother. I think it's so unfair. ALL kids should be treated equally. We don't even know why he favors him. It's not like he does anything special for my dad.

you may have misinterpreted your dad. he may not favor your brother but because he's younger that's how it seems. thanks for sharing.

I only have one child, so he's my favorite. But my mom has five children and I'm the favorite. I always have been. I get along with my brothers and sisters and I guess they just accept I'm the favorite. They don't seem to mind.

you're right. having only one kid, it's just fine to play favorites. you're blessed because you're siblings are so understanding. thanks.
