Since I entered my early twenties, I am very concious about my health. especially for my skin ( since I have a dry skin, and i am one of the candidate for an earky wrinkled symmptoms.,, whoa!) Since then, I am taking a 400 IU Vitamin E and I am just wondering if there will be any side effect if I take it everyday. One of my friends that there is a side effect if I take it everyday. I believe that Vitamin E is good also for the heart aside from the skin. I am now in my late twenties and I think this the best time to take vitamin E.. My other friend advise me also since I am taking a 400 IU vitamin E, to have a rest at least 1 month of taking it to release all the effects of the vitamins into my body. Is it true? help me

I think you might benefit from the health information in my profile, you will find some very useful links. There are eight E-vitamines and they should come from cold pressed oils. The only food supplement I have found so far, that has all eight is WheatGermOil with vitamine E from www.gnld.com Synthetic vitamines are very bad for our body, synthetic vitamine E could even be made of earth oil, the same one they use to make petrol. Better use natural food supplements made of real food, used by mankind during thousands of years, and cold pressed oils and non heated nuts and seeds..:)
