If you like the long road/ long journey, try to visit Bali, Lombok, Bunaken (Manado), Brastagi (Medan), Tanah Toraja (Sulawesi). They are all in Indonesia.
Or you could always visit Petra in Amman, Jordan. Also nice view. Or even Egypt, to see the pyramids of Giza.

In Karnataka there is a palce called Nandi hills, BR Hills, Sringeri, Augume, Karwar, Yellapur. There are plenty of such place which are rich in natural and scenic beauty, besides this there are empteen number of places which have temples together with natural scenery.
