How does customer service affect whether you purchase or not?

i have to admit that i 'buy' service as well as products....if i ask them some questions and they answered me rudely, i will have no hesitation to leave that store....and i will also never step in to that store ever again.

Oh, it has tremendous affect on me, especially rude customer service. There was this time when i wanted to purchase a prepaid 3G sim card from one gigantic mobile service provider. However the customer service personnel was so rude, annoying and irritating. He even tried to fool me by making me pay extra charges which was supposed to be given free to customers. So i just walked out and called their online customer service and reported the situation. I also did not make any purchase from them.
