my ip is always changing all the time, since my internet connection is using a dynamic ip address, so evertime a connect to the internet almost evertime its changed. Internet connection that give us a static ip address in my country is pretty expensive, since it should be a HI SPEED (enough) type of internet connection.

well i cant tell you my IP its a static and it is not secure to open up a IP in public ! then also i told you that my IP is static not a dynamic like your IP !
