UPS, FedEx or DHL: which one is your favorite and why?

I would never use UPS for important or expensive things. I've had issues with computer parts that were professionally packed and I received or the receiver gets the items damaged boxes, or sloppily repacked. I'll tolerate books being sent, but there were times they were put in other boxes with no type of packing -- the books were loose inside a box being bounced around. And I know barnes and noble do not ship books that way --

I like UPS because they usually deliver my packages and they are always very nice to be around and to talk to.

I like FedEx because they always deliever, but UPS won't dleiever our packages, they would always claim that they came and no one was home. And most of the times I am home and they never show up in the first place. I never used DHL so I have no comments about them.
