scandals are usefull as it gives the trend and we are getting the solution of it.Law maker are bound to think the necessary step so that in future our society will not face the problem.
like:-
1) in context of india : Financial scandal are FERA violating scandal new law enacted FEMA.Share market scam and committe has set up so that in future scam can not possible
2) Other scam related to general public LAND scam /scam in implementing govt scheme

Scandal in the Society is useful. OK, scandal in the society is useful because with the scandals, you will gain popularity especially if you are an actor/actress. Once you are in a scandal, everybody will talk about you and later on when the scandal is gone you are already a well known person. I hope my idea helps.

You can go one of two ways with this. One it is a lesson for us all the crime does not pay. That should get you going.
Or that by this criminals can glean information to go on and do more crimes with greater ease. You can learn alot from the information shared when people are busted. You can even go to the court house in most cases and hear all the details. Perhaps this composition could surprise the instructors!!!
